Security is a critical issue in any technological environment. Even more so in the business environment, where information is one of the most precious assets. Hence, in recent years, organizations have spent a large part of their budget on protection.


The demand in this sector is very wide, which is why the Master's in Internet Security at the University of Salamanca is fully focused on Computer Security. The master's degree is taught in collaboration with: Telefónica, Indra, Viewnext, Flag Solutions, Grupo Oesia, Juan Llorens, Nebusens, BeOnPrice, Stratesys, StageMotion, Sidisel, Caetra Studios, Big Bang Box, CSA and Audea. It is a continuation of the master's degree in the Development of Systems for Electronic Commerce with a specialization in Computer Security and the CERTYRED computer security certification program.


The aim of this programme is to provide training to graduates and professionals with experience in the field of ICT who wish to specialise, acquiring the technical knowledge for designing, developing, evaluating and auditing security in computer systems, as well as evaluating and proposing improvements to security policies in a business environment, in accordance with the current legislation.
